The Board of Directors of The Carla Savage-Wells Scholarship Foundation Inc. is proud to announce that Noah Montalvo has been selected as the recipient of the Class of 2022 $3,000 scholarship. Noah's selection was based on his outstanding academic achievements and commitment to community service. Noah is a graduate of Nandua High School and will be attending Virginia Military Institute in the Fall.

The Board of Directors of the Carla Savage-Wells is proud to announce that Ms. Victoria O'Tool has been selected as the winner of the $2500 scholarship. She was selected for her academic achievements and commitment to community service. She is a Class of 2022 graduate of Tabb High School and plans to attend University of Alabama in the fall.

The Board of Directors of the Carla Savage-Wells Scholarship Foundation Inc. proudly presented a $1,000 check to the Kempsville Middle School Special Needs Department. The late Carla Savage-Wells was a former teacher of special needs students at Kempsville Middle School.
